It's time once again to dust off the ball mitts and clean last year's dirt off the cleats and get ready for another "fun-filled" season of Parkland Softball. If you have played in the past you basically know the drill; if you haven't then this may be your opportunity to "shine". Parkland Softball is a league that runs from April 17th to June 27th.
Games are on Saturday evenings (usually) and all skill levels are welcome, so come on out. The ball fields are close to the church (behind North Surrey Secondary School). It's a great way to get to know others who attend Parkland as well as a great way to invite friends, family, neighbours and workmates to a Parkland event.

There are a couple of purposes for this softball league. First it is an casual time for church attenders to rub shoulders with each other on the ball field and get to know each other a little more. It has also proven to be a great opportunity to invite friends, neighbours and co-workers to a church event outside of our church building's four walls. And yes, it is a chance to play a sport for all skill levels.
Each season we have close to 100 players. Parkland Softball games are usually played from mid-April finishing with our Championship Tournament the second weekend of July.
